PLEASE READ THE RULES
GENERAL:
- Please be considerate & polite towards fellow members. A lot of people have come from Tumblr to avoid the stress of ship wars/etc! We are here to unite in friendship & general wonderfulness, after all. Just keep in mind that there are real faces, real eyes, real tears & hearts behind these posts.
- If it is (shipping wise) not related to crisscolfer or klaine, then do not post it. Don't even mention it or talk about it! Some crisscolfer fans are multi-shipping, & that is okay, but this board is crisscolfer exclusive. If you want to rant about something a particular ship did then you can A. take it to Tumblr or B. Go to someone's private messaging that you know won't mind discussing it with you!
- This kind of coincides with the whole 'consideration' rule but do not flame. Do not post hate or slander against anyone else. Do not shame someone for what they believe, what they love, or who they are. A fandom comes in many colors, shapes, & sizes. We will have homosexuals (duh), we will have rainbow/sparkle/nationally different/ humans, & trans* people. There will be those who believe in God, & those who worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Hell, we might even have someone who wants to become a cat. Treat everyone well & be treated well in return.
- LANGUAGE. This forum will in no way have a rule against cussing, alright? If you're here I expect you to be mature about & old enough to be using the internet without a parent. Let's be honest- if most of us came from Tumblr then we're probably used to living with sailors. Also. Do not become the grammar/spelling/etc police. As I mentioned above, we have folk from all the world. They might not know English as well as someone who grew up surrounded by it. If they want help I am sure they will ask. Some people like to be corrected! Just don't assume all of them do.
- -insert general have fun spazzing here- Really though guys. Party it up in here, let lose. You do not have to fear assault or rude comments on every single thing you post. That's why I made this, so we could just be.
FANWORK:
- All kinds of fanwork are permitted! If you don't see a section for a particular type of work and think there should be one, either PM the Head Acorn (me) or mention it on the Input area! You can posts links to fanwork, embed it, etc.
- Make sure you credit the work if it is not yours. Please be honest! If anyone suspects work of having been stolen PM the moderator of that particular area, or send the Head Acorn a PM. Honesty if you copy the image link and put it into Google it should turn up the main post (for fanart), & if you genuinely can't find the original poster then at least put 'this is not mine' in the post!
- RATE RATE RATE! In the subject header make sure you are putting a rating either at the beginning or the end. I expect we know the general rules of rating but basically handholding = K and hardcore smutty action = NC17, use some common sense for what is in between. Also if something involves a hard kink then please mention that in the header as well!
- Klaine is permitted! After all most (~seen~) interaction between the two comes on the set of Glee. If your fanwork contains Klaine include that in the header as well.
- On Requests. You have the ability to request work for someone or to ask for it. If you do this- expect to wait & have patience. Our lovely contributors may take time to make it the best they can for you, & they might have lives to tend to in the process! Do not get angry if it seems to be taking a while- maybe just pop them a nice little question. Also! We do have a fic request area that can also serve as a kink meme spot, so casual reminder to not shame anyone for their kinks. Don't get upset if the fill isn't exactly what you wanted either- somebody took the time to try for you!
ROLE PLAY:
- No Godmoding. Do not take control of another person's character without their permission. Don't kill their character off.
- Make sure your header includes a rating, any 'harder' kinks that might be involved, and a TRIGGER WARNING in case sensitive subjects are dealt with.
- ADs for other RPs are permitted. Make sure you post them in the RP search sub-board.
- Speaking of the RP Search sub-board. There is one! This is where you should go if you want to find a one on one RP partner or start a group RP. Once you find yourself someone who wants to join, then one of you can create an RP board in the correct area! Unless you want to take it to IMs or PMs, etc. You are allowed to do that however make sure you're careful about who you are sharing that information with! (;
- Just a reminder to be considerate. Don't steal other people's posts. Somebody else might have a different interpretation of things (see: the Kurt Slytherin/Ravenclaw debate). It is okay to tell them, politely, that you no longer wish to RP with them if they have a view that you don't particularly agree with or like, and don't take offense if somebody says this to you (as long as they are nice about it). Just be nice and use your heads
